Full luxurious pedicure that includes soaking, nail trimming, callus removal, foot scrub, mask with hot towels and a soothing foot and leg massage. Adding gel to your toenails to build an aesthetically pleasing base for the perfect polish application.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot by E transferring amber@bearbeautystudio.ca or through online booking . ​At Bear Beauty I value your time and strive to provide the highest quality of service to each client. To ensure I can accommodate all guests effectively, and respectfully I have implemented the following policies ​Cancellations/Rescheduling I kindly ask for a minimum 12 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes to your appointments can be made via • phone call at 613-893-4907 • text message at 613-893-4907 • Online through my booking app • or in person during regular business hours ​If you cancel or reschedule your appointment BEFORE 12 hours notice you will lose your deposit. In order to rebook, you will be required to pay another booking deposit. ​Running late? If you were more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate your FULL service or may need to reschedule. This will be treated as a late cancellation that results in the loss of your deposit.*** I understand emergencies and life can happen in the event of illness or other unavoidable circumstances. Please contact me as soon as possible to see if I have availability to complete your service or need to reschedule. NO Shows Clients who miss their appointments without prior cancellation will be considered a "No-Show" and charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Clients with repeated no-shows may be asked to pre-pay in full for future services or could face booking restrictions. Inappropriate Behavior • Offensive language, discrimination, or harassment of any kind • Aggressive or violent behaviour • Refusal to follow salon policies, or respect the salon environment3 Repeated No-show Or Late Cancellation • anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment​
